Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered from RG Clothing. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window — You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions — Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Innerwear and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request — Email rgclothing2016@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.

Refunds — Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges — Let us know your preferred size/color when requesting the return; we'll ship it once the original is received, subject to stock.

Damaged/Incorrect Items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
